Placing and Confirming Your Order

When you place an order through our platform, each step of the checkout process presents you with the opportunity to review the items in your cart, verify quantities, confirm shipping preferences, and examine the total price including all applicable taxes and delivery charges. It is your responsibility to ensure that all details entered during checkout are accurate and complete before you submit the order. We recommend that you carefully inspect the order summary page prior to clicking the final confirmation button, as this page constitutes a definitive record of the transaction you are about to authorize.
Upon submission of your order, our system will immediately generate an automated acknowledgment message that is dispatched to the contact method you provided during registration or checkout. This acknowledgment serves solely as confirmation that your order has been received by our order management infrastructure and has been assigned a unique tracking reference number for your convenience. It is important to understand that this initial acknowledgment does not signify that we have accepted your order or that a binding contract has been formed between you and the seller. The automated response is purely administrative in nature and does not carry any contractual weight under applicable commercial law.
The formation of a legally binding purchase contract occurs only when we transmit a dedicated order confirmation communication to you, which is separate and distinct from the initial acknowledgment. This confirmation will include a detailed list of the items we have agreed to supply, the final purchase price, the estimated dispatch and delivery timeframes, and any special conditions that may apply to your particular order. Should any item in your order be unavailable, discontinued, or subject to a pricing discrepancy, we reserve the right to decline fulfillment of that specific item while proceeding with the remainder of your order, and we will notify you promptly of any such partial acceptance along with any resulting adjustments to the total amount charged.
In certain circumstances, we may need to perform additional verification checks before we can accept and process your order. These checks may include but are not limited to confirmation of payment instrument validity, verification of billing address against card issuer records, assessment of order patterns for security purposes, and validation of shipping address deliverability through our logistics partners. During any such verification period, your order will be held in a pending status and you will not be charged until all checks have been satisfactorily completed. If we are unable to verify the necessary information within a reasonable timeframe, we may cancel the order and notify you accordingly, at which point any pre-authorized funds will be released in accordance with the policies of your financial institution.

Shipping and handling fees are calculated according to the delivery method you select, the weight and dimensions of the package, and the distance between our fulfillment center and your delivery address. Changes and Cancellations

You may request to modify or cancel your order at any point prior to the commencement of the fulfillment process. The fulfillment process is deemed to have commenced when the order status in our system transitions to a processing state, which typically occurs within a short window after order confirmation. Once fulfillment has begun, modifications to product selection, quantities, shipping address, or delivery method may be limited or unavailable depending on the stage of processing that has been reached.
To request a cancellation or modification, you should access your account dashboard and locate the relevant order in your order history. If the order is eligible for cancellation or amendment, the corresponding options will be available for your selection. In the alternative, you may contact our customer support team through the communication channels provided on our platform, and a representative will assist you in determining whether your request can be accommodated based on the current status of your order. Please note that because our systems process orders continuously and fulfillment can begin rapidly after confirmation, we cannot guarantee that any cancellation or modification request will be successfully executed even if submitted shortly after the original order was placed.
We retain the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion under certain defined circumstances. These circumstances include but are not limited to situations where a product is discovered to be out of stock or discontinued after an order has been confirmed, where pricing or product description errors are identified that materially affect the terms of the transaction, where we have reason to believe that the order may be fraudulent or in violation of our terms of use, or where force majeure events prevent us from fulfilling the order within a reasonable period. In any such case, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of the cancellation and the reasons for it, and any payments already collected for the canceled items will be refunded in full using the original payment method.
For orders that include customized, personalized, or made-to-order items, special cancellation terms apply. Once production of a customized item has commenced, cancellation is no longer possible for that specific item because it has been manufactured to your unique specifications and cannot be resold to another customer. The point at which production is deemed to have commenced will be communicated to you at the time of order confirmation for any order containing customized products. Similarly, digital products, software licenses, and downloadable content that have been accessed or delivered cannot be canceled or refunded except where required by applicable consumer protection legislation.

Our Liability Explained

Our liability to you in connection with any product purchased through our platform is strictly limited to the purchase price of that product. Under no circumstances will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your purchase or use of any product, regardless of the legal theory under which such damages are sought and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies to all claims including but not limited to claims based on contract, tort including negligence, strict liability, or any other basis of legal responsibility, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Certain jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain categories of damages, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by the governing law of that jurisdiction, and the limitations set forth in these terms will be construed and applied accordingly. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or restrict any statutory rights that you may possess as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and these terms should be read subject to such non-excludable rights.
We do not manufacture the products sold on our platform unless expressly identified as our own branded products, and we make no independent warranties regarding the quality, safety, fitness for purpose, or durability of third-party products beyond those provided by the original manufacturer. Any manufacturer warranties that accompany a product are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer, and claims under such warranties should be directed to the manufacturer in accordance with the warranty documentation included with the product. We will, however, use reasonable commercial efforts to facilitate communication between you and the manufacturer where such assistance is requested and is practicable in the circumstances.
We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control. These force majeure events encompass but are not limited to acts of nature, fires, floods, earthquakes, severe weather events, epidemics, pandemics, government orders, trade embargoes, labor disputes, interruptions of transportation or utility services, cyber attacks, data center failures, and disruptions in our supply chain. In the event of a force majeure occurrence, our obligations under any affected contract will be suspended for the duration of the event, and the time for performance will be extended by a period equivalent to the duration of the delay. If a force majeure event persists for a period exceeding what is commercially reasonable, either party may terminate the affected contract upon written notice without further liability except for the refund of any amounts paid for products not yet delivered.
