The point at which production is deemed to have commenced will be communicated to you at the time of order confirmation for any order containing customized products. Similarly, digital products, software licenses, and downloadable content that have been accessed or delivered cannot be canceled or refunded except where required by applicable consumer protection legislation.
Our Liability Explained
Our liability to you in connection with any product purchased through our platform is strictly limited to the purchase price of that product. We do not manufacture the products sold on our platform unless expressly identified as our own branded products, and we make no independent warranties regarding the quality, safety, fitness for purpose, or durability of third-party products beyond those provided by the original manufacturer. Any manufacturer warranties that accompany a product are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer, and claims under such warranties should be directed to the manufacturer in accordance with the warranty documentation included with the product. We will, however, use reasonable commercial efforts to facilitate communication between you and the manufacturer where such assistance is requested and is practicable in the circumstances.
We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control. These force majeure events encompass but are not limited to acts of nature, fires, floods, earthquakes, severe weather events, epidemics, pandemics, government orders, trade embargoes, labor disputes, interruptions of transportation or utility services, cyber attacks, data center failures, and disruptions in our supply chain. In the event of a force majeure occurrence, our obligations under any affected contract will be suspended for the duration of the event, and the time for performance will be extended by a period equivalent to the duration of the delay. If a force majeure event persists for a period exceeding what is commercially reasonable, either party may terminate the affected contract upon written notice without further liability except for the refund of any amounts paid for products not yet delivered.
